• Halldór H. Jónsson arkitekt er í senn kunnur sem höfundur þjóðþekktra bygginga og einn helsti áhrifamaður í íslensku athafnalífi á 20. öld. Samhliða rekstri eigin teiknistofu varð hann snemma eftirsóttur til forystustarfa í atvinnurekstri og var á seinni árum gjarnan nefndur "stjórnarformaður Íslands" vegna setu sinnar í stjórnum stórfyrirtækja.
• Halldór H. Jónsson architect is both known as the author of nationally known buildings and one of the main influential figures in Icelandic business life in the 20th century. Along with running his own drawing studio, he was in demand early on for leadership positions in business operations, and in later years was often referred to as the 'Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iceland' because of his position on the boards of large companies.
