Summary
According to interior title, film is of a San Roque's Day procession, on Aug. 22, 1920 in Cartagena, Colombia. The camera, which is probably positioned on the city wall, pans the Market Harbour area, beginning on the left at what is probably a railroad station. The procession is led by a crucifer followed by choir boys, ranks of Boy Scouts and soldiers, and people carrying banners; it is difficult to distinguish the Boy Scouts or soldiers. Children dressed in white line the street and a float appears near the end of the procession.
