.., ‏מהי חוקיות הבתים של 500,000 יהודים המתגוררים ביהודה ושומרון? האם נעשו עסקאות רכישה חוקיות ביהודה ושומרון? ומהי המהימנות של אותן עסקאות? שאלות אלו ועוד גרמו למחבר לצאת למחקר מקיף, ובמהלכו רכש עיזבונות והשיג גישה לארכיונים של בכירים בתחום המקרקעין ביהודה ושומרון. בנבירה באחד הארכיונים, בין אלפי ניירות מצהיבים ומאובקים, מצא מסמך משנות השמונים שמעיד על חלקה שהסתיים הליך בדיקתה והיא נרשמה בטאבו. את האזור המדובר הכיר היטב. הוא פגש עשרות תיקי קרקעות באזור, אבל לא הכיר חלקה שהצליחו לרשום אותה בטאבו. הייתכן שבידיו מסמך המעיד על קרקע בבעלות יהודית שעומדת שוממה? הספר שלנו בטאבו פורש לפני הקוראים את תולדות רכישת הקרקעות בארץ ישראל החל באברהם אבינו בתקופת המקרא, עבור ליהושע חנקין בראשית ימי שיבת ציון, וכלה בגואלי הקרקע ביהודה ושומרון לאחר מלחמת ששת הימים ועד ימינו. הספר מבהיר מהם חוקי המקרקעין שחלים כיום ביהודה ושומרון, ומציע דרך לתיקון העיוות הנדלני וההיסטורי הקיים במדינת ישראל כבר למעלה מ־55 שנה. עוד תמצאו בספר מדריך מעשי ומילון מושגים לרוכש.
